Our condominium and homeowner management services are customized for each Association and are focused around four key groups: Financial Management – Operations – Communications – Education – Capital Improvement.

Property Management Services for Single/Multi–Family Homes

Services include collecting rents, making owner’s monthly mortgage payment or deposit into private bank account, paying owner’s property taxes, insurance, etc., arranging and making payments for needed repairs, as well as homeowner’s dues if applicable, periodic inspection of grounds to insure proper maintenance, an interior inspection and closing statement are provided upon tenants vacating premises, issuing itemized, computerized monthly reports and year-end account statements to owners.

Rent/Leasing Services for Single/Multi-Family Homes

If desired, we can help rent your property. West End is a member of the Multiple Listing Service and has long–term relationships with local brokers. Each West End property manager is a professional with solid experience in single–family, real estate and leasing transactions. Services include: advertising, listing in the Multiple Listing System (MLS), the rental property availability list (weekly distribution to our agent network), verification of applicants, lease preparation and fees paid to leasing agents.
