Shannon has over 10 years of experience in property Management and leasing for both housing and USDA Rural Development Housing. Shannon holds a state of Missouri Broker-sales person license and is a current member of the Franklin County board of Realtors both since October 2004.

As a manager of USDA Rural Development Housing Multi- Family Complexes, Shannon was named Site Manager of the year for area 4 in 2010.
