Many of our community association managers are certified professionals or working towards their certification through the Community Association Institute (CAI), a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations through education and support services. CAI awards qualified professionals with designations in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of association management. Each designation requires an additional level of experience, education and successful completion of a certification exam.

West End's commitment to education is underscored by having one of Missouri's few CAI designated Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM) on staff and a company supported education policy.
